1. How do I book a room?
The booking process is simple. Select the "Booking" from the main menu of the ionianplaza.com or select the "Booking or Reservations" mentioned anywhere on the site as a reference. Choose "On-Line direct booking" or "Send a booking request". In any case enter the arrival and departure date, the number of individuals as well as the room type and accept the terms of site use. Please note the proper introduction of your name and your e-mail address. Then click "Book". Automatically, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Make sure the room type you selected corresponds to the exact number of people who wish to reside in the selected room.

2. Can I ask the location of my room (preferred floor, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do everything possible to assist you. We can not guarantee that preferences will be met in full and often depend on the completeness of the hotel. If there are specific preferences, please write them on the reservation form (Comments field).

3. The final price is per person or per room?
The final price is per room. Prices include taxes. Extra people or other services may fall an additional charge.

4. Will I receive written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The confirmation you receive by e-mail has all the necessary information. Shows the address and telephone of the hotel and the cancellation policy.

5. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

7. What are the most common types of rooms?
There are 7 categories of rooms at the hotel. The family room has 2 bedrooms that are separated by a door. The rooms also are divided into single, double, triple. The single is essentially a double room which is provided at a lower price for exclusive use by 1 person. Also there is a distinction between the double room (double room with one double bed) and twin room (double room with twin beds). We can not guarantee that rooms will have balconies. You can indicate your preference on the reservation form (comments field), but your service depends on the hotel occupancy, the check-in date.

8. Is there a parking area?
Yes, there is and it's free of charge.

10.What about breakfast?
